Resistence busting day 4

For the past three days I have not allowed resitence to get the best of me. I have gone on the excersise bike for at least 15 minutes. And when I didn't do that I engaged in "other" cardio vascular activities. And I have pulled some muscle in my leg. It was first down in my calve and then moved up into my hammy. It hurts like fuck. And let me tell you one thing there is nothing more ackward than trying to rub out a "Charlie Horse" when your nude.
