Book #9

Objection by Nancy Grace

If I have read a worse book all the way through, I don’t know what it is.

Nancy Grace, for those of you who don’t know, is the star of “Nancy Grace” on Headline News. She is also a regular on Court TV (where she got her broadcasting experience) and is a frequent sparring partner for Larry King on his CNN show. Or she is that crazy blondish woman yelling about Scott Peterson on TV.

I wonder how much of this book was actually written by Nancy herself. Regardless her co-author has her voice down perfectly.

In this book, she rips defense attorneys, and their mostly famous/infamous clients. OJ, Kobe, Baretta, Jacko, Martha, and of course Satan himself Scott Peterson. A quick side note, Kobe Bryant’s name is mentioned more times in this book than in the Lakers Media guide.

This book, like this review, jumps from place to place. Seemingly spiraling out of control. It’s less of a book and more of a transcript of Nancy’s stream on conciseness thoughts. I am glad I didn’t actually buy this book. I am sad that so many trees had to die.
