I can't think of another show (other than the Sopranos) whose finale has gotten this much attention after the fact. You can not pick up a newspaper without hearing either ...

That was the worst episode of the Sopranos
Or
That was the Best episode

I need to watch it again to finish digesting it.

The Mets are having a though time right now. But I think they are one big inning and one big shutdown of another team to get back on their roll.

There was a really sad article on ESPN today about the retirement from the WNBA of Chamique Holdsclaw. She has been in a depression spiral since the death of her Grandmother in 2002.

She was part of four NY state championship teams at Christ the King, three NCAA championship teams at Tennessee, the number one overall pick in the WNBA draft and an Olympic Gold medalist. But her personal sorrow doesn't let her enjoy something she is so good at.

The last 10 seconds were a clever way to kill off Tony without committing to it. I think it was sort of a bug F-U from David Chase. The rest of the episode minus Phil getting wacked and squashed was pretty lame. AJ's a left wing wack job, what does that have to do with anything?

As we were saying I think David Chase left it up to our imaginations. It's up to us. If we did see Tony die I don't if we'd be happy with it though. I wouldn't say AJ is necessarily wacko. He's a product of his environment and is finally thinking on his own and it's too much for him. Sorry you couldn't find pop tarts Niel.

Come on Ani, you have to ad,it AJ was talking a little crazy. He gets rid of his SUV and gets a gas guzzling sports car and thinks he's doing a good thing.

I think maybe they did that to show the differences between Meadow and AJ. They both grew up in the same house, but Meadow is level headed and career minded with a bright future while A.J. is quite the opposite. So maybe it wasn't so pointless after all.
